3KM – Run to Reboot (Non-competitive, no age limit)
5KM – Run to Transform (Non-competitive, 9 years & above)
10KM – Run to Conquer (Competitive, 16 years & above)

Rank 2: ₹2,000
Rank 3: ₹1,000

Note: Minimum 15 participants required per category. Gun time will be considered.

Terms & Conditions

1 Age Criteria:

3K: No age limit (Non-competitive)
5K: 9 years & above (Non-competitive)
10K: 16 years & above (Competitive)

2 Disclaimer Agreement: All participants must agree to the disclaimer and terms before the event.

3 Own Risk: Participants are responsible for their belongings and participate at their own risk.

4 Registration Policy: Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be adjusted for future events.

5 Fitness Declaration: All participants are deemed fit and capable of running.

6 Timing System: Competitive runners’ timing will be tracked via electronic chip linked to their bib.

7 Timing Mats: Runners must cross timing mats placed on the route to record official time.

8 Rule Modifications: Organisers reserve the right to modify or waive rules and awards.

9 Race Day Disputes: No discrepancies will be entertained on race day.

10 Binding Rules: All participants are bound by event rules and updates.

11 Disqualification: Failure to follow rules may result in disqualification and removal from results.

12 Media Consent: Participants authorise use of their images/videos/data for promotions and future events.

13 Kit Distribution: Goodie bags, bibs, and kits will be distributed only on Expo Day (27th Dec).

14 No Post-Event Delivery: Kits not collected on Expo Day will not be delivered later.

15 Finisher Medals: Only finishers will receive medals, not just registered participants.

16 Additional Instructions: Further instructions will be shared on Expo and Race Day; participants must follow them.

17 Award Criteria:

Prizes only for top 3 in 10KM category (Open & Veteran)
Gun time will be considered, not chip time
No BIB exchange or private piloting (3-year ban)
Minimum 15 runners required per prize category
Cash prizes transferred post-verification within 45 days
Awards are subject to tax deductions as per government rules
